New flash cart in development

Finally we are ready to make an announcement of the development of a new flash cart. It is original design not based on those made by lupin. In a decade technology moved, so some improvements on the cart capabilities were also possible. Details will come soon. If you have any ideas and recommendations feel free to ask.

Status of the project is that the PCB design is almost done. Parts will be ordered and prototype PCB should be produced in a couple of weeks or so. Then the next milestones are: writing the VHDL for the cart, design and production of the flasher, simple PC client for the flasher.

Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to spread the news!

Looks great, glad someone took up the torch.

Also, does it fit in an official case?

The plan is to get the PCBs of the prototypes finished in the coming week.

Yes, it does. However in order to flash it, you'd need either to open the case, or to cut a hole for the connector.

Thanks a lot for your support guys!
