Unfortunately you'll be extremely lucky to find any of that for $30. You might get a non backlit mini for $30 if you keep an eye on ebay though. Run and jump onto the wall (hold right, A to jump), jump toward the other wall (just A), etc. It also says "if you don't hold the A button long enough your jump might not be very high" more or less.
