You can download PokeDream v2 NTSC & PAL from files/emulators.. please notice that this is a very early core and it will only play few roms like PokeMaze, Sonic, Life, SokoMini and some others. Unfortunately JustBurn has stopped all PM and emulation development...

He used an electric foil for displays, they usally need 110 volts so there has to be a converter for the voltage too. But I am sure he will give more details after returning from his vacation :)
