Never tried Vista but I'd guess it has same problems as Win7. The XP however should do it. The card comes with a programmer which you use to write your roms to the cart. The one I have connects to the PC by USB, and the writing software works great on Windows XP.

Installing WinXP under VMWare was a sollution for me. Then the USB driver works just great!

I is such an awesome device. Having the flash card makes me seriously consider to do a project for it. In my opinion main missing point ATM is a C compiler...

Actually it was my bad... I was sure I saw the pages the other day and thought it was on this site. Most likely I was looking the ones you linked to. And btw nice job of collection all the info, homebrew programs, Tools, etc. Very, very good job. Also the guys who reverse engineered it in first place.

From couple or hours looking around it seems that at the moment only way to program is the internal assembly language of the device. It has typical 20-30 instructions some of them with several variations of addressing. So in total you get 3 sets of close to 256 possible opcodes each. Don't worry, yo...
