PM music for VS Code

I just got a bare bones extension together for VS Code over the last couple days! It has highlighting (which should work for SublimeText and TextMate, too) and a little play button so you can play it in pokemini_musicconv without fiddling with the command line.

I hope to update it more to make it work better and be more featureful but the game jam comes first!
