zoranc isn't the one making those, that's mixiekins. Also shipping on DITTO mini is free.

Software solution for Windows only at the moment but zoranc is working on a command-line solution for Mac (and presumably Linux?). Before Mac or Linux GUI, I believe the top priority is getting the boot loader working – the thing that allows for multi-game support, and backups/restores of save files.
